Usually a simple restart of the app and Suzy will fix any connection troubles. 


So quit the app and unplug Suzy. Then plug Suzy back in, wait till she bleeps, then start the app again and then add Suzy.


If that doesn't work there may be a pairing issue...

1. Remove the Suzy bonding in Bluetooth settings on your smartphone

2. Reset Suzy by sticking a pin in the hole in her base while she’s powered on

3. Relaunch the app and try again
